Ordering online is quick and simple through our online store. Payment is processed securely via the PayPal secure online transaction website. All babies and toddlers feet vary greatly in size, we suggest you refer to our Sizing and Care page for measurement details to ensure you purchase the perfect fit.

I have a question about delivery...

We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours of receiving full payment. Please visit our delivery page for pricing and further information regarding Australia Post estimated delivery times.

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

Be assured we have very few parcels go missing! First of all contact us to reconfirm with us delivery dates and your delivery address. If your order has not been delivered after the estimated delivery time we suggest you check with your local post office to see if they are holding your parcel for you. Unfortunately what happens on occasions is that the postie forgets to leave a calling card in your letter box and takes your parcel back to the post office where it will be waiting for you.

Are Cheeky Little Soles baby shoes to be worn with or without socks or stockings?

The leather of Cheeky Little Soles baby shoes is cotton lined therefore shoes can be worn all year round with or without socks or stockings.

What are Cheeky Little Soles footwear made from?

Cheeky Little Soles baby shoes and sandals are made from genuine sheep leather. The inside of our baby shoes are lined with cotton and the inside of our Polar Boots are lined with faux shearling. Cheeky Little Soles baby ballet slippers are made from genuine goats leather.

Where are Cheeky Little Soles products made?

Cheeky Little Soles products are designed by our team in Australia. Our shoes, sandals and boots are made with love in China and our ballet slippers are made with love in Pakistan, all from genuine leather.

What do I do if the elastic around the ankle is too tight?

Cheeky Little Soles baby shoes (excluding sandals) have been designed so that if the elastic around the ankle is too loose or too snug it can easily be adjusted or replaced. Details regarding these procedures are available on our sizing and care page.

My baby has just stared to walk, shouldn't I be buying hard soled shoes?

No! Pediatricians and medical experts recommend babies wear soft soled leather shoes for at least 3 months after they start walking. They have enough trouble balancing without adding an extra obstacle! A good way to gage when to move to a hard soled shoe is when they find their balance and no longer fall over. Can Cheeky Little Soles footwear be worn outside?

Cheeky Little Soles footwear is recommended and ideal for indoor use, but can also be worn in dry light outdoor conditions. Please note however rough surfaces may show more wear and tear on your shoes.

Can I request a specific design?

We do not do special orders, the designs you see on our website are the only designs that are available for purchase. We do however add new designs to our collection twice a year and always welcome ideas about designs you would like to see in our range.

Free Gift Wrapping

If you are purchasing products as a gift we are happy to gift wrap them and include personalised gift card free of additional charges. Please include your request and gift message whilst proceeding through checkout. We will also make sure you receive the invoice not the lucky person receiving the gift!

Returns / Exchanges

We do not provide refunds if you change your mind, however if you purchase the incorrect size we will happily exchange an unworn item in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please note it will be the buyer's obligation to cover all additional postage costs. Any sale item or discontinued stock purchased, are not exchangeable or refundable. You will need to contact us prior to returning your purchase to get return authority.

In the rare occurrence that an item should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us as soon as the fault is discovered. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of notification of the fault. Due to design changes the exact design may not be available however the item will be replaced with a similar item from our current range. Any faults found to have been caused through neglect or intentional misused, will instantly void this guarantee.

We do our very best to keep our website up to date with stock availability. If a particular design you would like is unavailable, or out of stock please contact us so that you can be the first to know when it is back in stock.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products on this website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
